Fall is my absolute favorite time of year to cook. I have many favorite festive recipes and decided to try out a new one. Joshua, Emily and I got our bake on with these adorable Acorn Cakelettes. We had a great time with these labor intensive little guys and enjoyed eating them! Thanks to Marsha for buying the adorable molds.

Those are beautiful! There's a Russian confection that is similar to what those look like--you fill them with caramelized sweetened condensed milk. I remember your amazing cheesecake...
