I ran a 10 mile race on Sunday and placed 3rd in my age group and 27th out of about 135. It was so much fun and I almost beat my best time for 9 miles but I ran 10! I finished with 1:24:14. It was such a beautiful drive to get there and an even prettier race. I ran through orchards, ponds, and grape vines. There were gorgeous lilly pads with flowers all over one pond. It got hot towards the end so at each mile when they had water cups for us I would take a sip and dump the rest on me! It was so pretty and so much fun. I loved it.
